By accessing or using the CaribooFalls platform at edictwell.com (“Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

You are permitted to share screenshots of gameplay for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided CaribooFalls is clearly attributed.

Virtual track points displayed on the Platform are a scoring mechanism only. They are generated and consumed within your browser session. CaribooFalls Studio does not hold, manage, or administer any fund, pool, top score, or reserve in connection with track points. You have no property right in virtual track points under any circumstances.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CARIBOOFALLS STUDIO AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.
The Platform contains links to third-party websites, including responsible gambling organisations. These links are provided for your benefit. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it. Visiting a third-party site is subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
